Ehdeniyat International Festival 2011

 

The Ehdeniyat festival venue has been transformed into a working place whereas dozens of workers, controllers and supervisors are finalizing the stage and stadium that will hold around 3000 persons on an area of 3500 m2 in addition to the equipped coulisse for artists, guests and other requests.
And the head of Almidan NGO, Mrs. Rima Frangieh has checked the venue and followed – up the small details, thanking everybody for their efforts and appreciating the good and fast work. Also, the head of Zgharta Union municipalities, Mr. Antoine Sleiman, the main sponsor of the festival event and the head of Zgharta Ehden municipality, Mr. Toufic Moawad, the collaborator has both checked the working place that around 150 persons are participating in the setting – up.
The special issue is the geography of the place that is located in a very beautiful area guarded by Saydet el Hosn Mountain and over viewing the secret valley and neighboring the historical convent of Saint Sarkis and Bakhous. In addition to the availability of parking places for cars and buses, and accessibility from all entrance of Ehden to the festival venue that will last during all the month of August to enlighten the sky of Ehden with stars coming over all the world places so they will be under the umbrella of Ehden stars that will enlighten the entire world.
It is worth to say that the stage of Ehden lays on 20 m with a length of 15 m with 300 show lights.
